Questions to ask before signing up for a Reseller Web Hosting account:

1. Control Panel
   1. What software and version do you use, cPanel, Plesk, Ensim Pro or Own Brand?
   2. What is your Control Panel upgrade cycle?
   3. Where is your demo?
   4. What is Reseller Control Panel: WHM, Plesk RS, Ensim Pro RS or Own Brand?
   5. Can you transfer existing accounts over intact?
2. Domains
   1. How many primary domains are included, how many add-on domains?
   2. What are the sub-domain limits per domain and per account?
   3. What domains can be registered, in particular European domains?
3. Databases
   1. How many MySQL and PostgreSQL databases are included?
   2. What are the size limits?
   3. Are the databases run locally (localhost)?
4. PHP
   1. What version of PHP is installed?
   2. For multiple PHP versions is it server configuration activated or CGI?
5. Addons
   1. GD -- what version is installed?
6. Activities
